ULI Integrated220 driver for m1573 is downloaded from Nividia.

Why can't Vista recognize driver for m1573 during setup?
If you are asking why wasn't the driver included within in Vista Beta 2 so it would be installed without haveing to download it the annswer is that it was not submitted to MS for testing in time to obtain WHQL approval provided there were no problems with it and to include it in the Vista Beta2 build. If you are saying that a Vista driver(not an XP driver) that you have downloaded from NVIDIA will not install properly then maybe you should ask on one of the NVIDIA forums and clarify here that that is the problem you are having.
